in state-of-the-art processing of graphic overlays.
Nelson’s processes hold the tightest tolerances in the
industry for graphic overlays. Our years of experience with Class "A"
tooling ensure consistent parts. For applications that do
not warrant the cost of hard tooling, our laser will cut parts
to the same exacting standards. When it comes to small copy
or halftone patterns, our Mailander lithography presses offer
the solution. Offset lithography combined with screen printing
gives us great flexibility in processing graphic overlays to the most
demanding cosmetic standard. Documentation of inspection standards
and cosmetic inspection training ensure that our front panels
consistently meet our customers’ requirements.
